  • Message-based Counselling via WhatsApp Business

    Prefer to write rather than talk?

    Message-based Counselling offers a calm supportive space to receive Counselling through written messages.

    Sessions take place at a set time using WhatsApp Business, within a 1 Hour messaging window. Messages are exchanged in real time, allowing space to reflect and respond at your own pace.

  • Face to Face Counselling

    Face-to-face sessions take place in a quiet space within my home in Whitstable.

    I aim to create a calm and confidential environment where you can feel comfortable to talk openly, at your own pace.

    Please note access is via stairs and there are dogs in the home which will be kept separate during sessions.
