A woman with glasses sitting at a desk in a cozy, well-lit room, holding a pen over an open notebook. There are candles, a mug, a sign that reads 'Counselling with Sue', and a potted plant on the desk.

Hi, I’m sue

I work with kindness, honesty, and respect. No jargon. No pressure. Just a calm, confidential space where you can take a deep breath and be yourself.

What working with me feels like

Our conversations are calm, confidential, and completely led by what you need. You set the pace. I listen deeply. And together, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface.

Some days, that might mean untangling challenging emotions. Other times, it’s just about sharing what’s on your mind and feeling less alone in it all.

Whether we talk in person, over the phone, on Teams, or through secure messaging, I want you to feel safe, seen, and supported.

A little more about my background

I’m a proud member of ABCAP and have completed extensive training in counselling and emotional support. But beyond the qualifications, what truly matters to me is human connection, showing up for you as someone who genuinely cares.
