Online Counselling
Professional online counselling from the comfort of your own home
Online counselling gives you a private and flexible way to access support wherever you are in the UK. Sessions take place online, allowing you to talk from a space where you feel comfortable and at ease.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, difficult relationships, past experiences, low mood or simply feeling overwhelmed, counselling can give you the space to talk things through at your own pace.
How does online counselling work?
Online counselling works much like face-to-face counselling, but we meet online instead. You can join your session from somewhere private where you feel comfortable.
Sessions last 50 minutes, and you don't need any special equipment — just a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.
You are in control of what you choose to talk about. There is no pressure to discuss anything before you feel ready.
Is online counselling right for me?
Online counselling can be a good option if you prefer the comfort of your own home, find travelling difficult or simply need counselling to fit more easily around everyday life.
It can offer support with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, low mood, bereavement and times when life simply feels too much.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to talk about before starting. We can begin with what's happening for you now and take things from there.
Ready to take the first step?
Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if you haven't had counselling before. That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation, giving you the chance to ask questions and see whether you feel comfortable talking with me.
Online counselling is available to adults across the UK, alongside face-to-face counselling in Whitstable.
